Only 1 in the world, why is this only 1.5-2? Should defiantly be 3 at least, sorry for lack of information, but seriously, there's no way a 1 in the world all class unusual is only worth 1.5-2.

it's not point pricing it to be 3 buds when no one is willing to pay the 3 buds. being 1 or 1 means nothing unless it's significantly wanted and people start bidding up the price.

Yeah, so I guess a Sunbeams HWAH must be worth 8-12 by that logic.
It's totally possible, now go find some proof.
1 of (insert number) is more of just a marketing play than anything. Most unusuals have a fair number of Burning, Scorching, and Sunbeams available, but those three are still top tier effects that have high value.
Being 1 of 1 doesn't change the fact that confetti is a terrible effect.

Since when was it a good / okay effect? I'm fairly certain confetti is considered a low tier effect by most traders.
Agreed, confetti isn't as visible to the other effects and most players want everyone to know how good they are (ie an effect you can see like half way across the map) Only class that values low visibility is the sniper (why mass flies is considered the same as burning for sniper)

It's a low tear effect but it is still a desirable one. Just because it is low price doesn't mean that it is a bad effect
What? Unusual prices are directly linked to two main things; the desirablity of the hat, and the desirability of the effect. Even a high tier hat will suffer a low price if it has a low tier effect.
And yes, confetti, bubbling, N&Bs, etc are widely considered bad looking effects when compared to mid and high tier effects.
Confetti and other low tier effects aren't popular for their looks, they're popular because they're cheap.
