Alright... This is going to be a really odd price suggestion, so work with me for a moment.

Now, there seems to be some confusion on TF2Oupost about this item. Some say that you cannot retrade it, some say that if you giftwrap it, it is fine. Thus, getting definitive proof for this is extremely difficult.

However, many people have offered various items for it:

It looks like this is not only untradeable without wrap, but unwrappable for normal trade. The only way that it seems to work is if you're sending the wrapped gift to someone that you want to keep it, and that's for the first time it's used, correct?

If so, then this should be worth.... Nothing?

it's unwrappeble once it's been used, if it is not used yet you can wrap it and sell it. If it is used by 2 people (1 giving, 1 accepting) it is not wrappeble anymore.

I believe you can trade it without using it if you gift wrap it but dont send it. Just trade it.
