its high range i bought for 4.1 pure at a good price 4.5 is possible considering a range for Unusual offers too

If u want set price seeing one trade doesn't set the market price its made up by what they go for and what they are currently being getting,according to u if i would be paid 5 for it then it should be 5?

Yes, but you also look at other trades/offers and see whether your trade is an outlier. If somebody paid 50 keys for a Bills it wouldn't set the price for Bills at 50 keys, it would just show that the person is an idiot.
Same logic applies here, unless there are consistent sales at a certain price or thereabouts, they are considered outliers or exceptional cases because it is still possible to buy them for lower.
No coz there are only 2 in market i want 5 for it and other want 6 for this thing where 4 comes then if market it's set but since u want proof which i bought for cheap of 4.1 doesnt mean it go for 4.1 coz there only 2 if u want 1 viel where u buy from?
Buyouts don't set prices, you can want 50 buds for it, the only thing that will matter are the offers you get or what you ACTUALLY sell it for.
In your OPINION you bought it for cheap at 4.1, the seller could be thinking he sold it for a good price. Fact of the matter is you did buy it for 4.1 which is in the current range. Which means there is no justification for increasing the higher end of the range.
Which means that this suggestion gets a downvote from me.

The other C/O's on the set don't even go over 8 buds which would still keep the price in the current range.

Your offer still averages the value of it out to the current range if we take the price of P.Fetti Veil into consideration. Even if G.Fetti and P.Fetti were priced exactly the same, your offer of 8 + 10 would make it 4 buds and 5 keys each, which is in the current range. 4.5 is nonexistent in proof or evidence anywhere.

Of the 'proof' you linked there is no proof of the offer of the Burning Ze Goggles, Sunbeams Private Eye, Secret handle + 2 buds (no handle in his backpack) and Cloudy hound dog (again, not in his backpack). Also no evidence of the 8 buds offer.

Please point me to where there is a relevant offer that you say is worth 5.5.

Guy who offered handle never had it in his backpack a week ago nor did he have 2 buds. You can easily check this yourself. Which makes the offer redundant.
G. Energy Ushanka is not worth more than the range.
Hearts Swagman is not worth more than the range.
Also, the proof is invalid because they are offers for the SET not just for the veil. So you can't prove that these offers have just the veil in mind.

So what i trying is adding a pure range high end Unusual range considering they been offered 5.5+ in Unusuals
8 pure is for both so it is 4 for each which is still in the current range.
The guy who offered that team captain doesn't have it in his bp. So no real proof here either for the high end.

Why don't you understand that YOU CAN'T ASSUME THAT THIS G FETTI VEIL IS WORTH 5.5 BASED ON AN OFFER FOR THE SET.
The buyer could be valuing the P.Fetti veil for 5 and the G Fetti for 3, do you have evidence to prove otherwise? No.

Sorry but i am going to have to downvote, what people are trying to say is that we need solid proof of this hat selling for 4.5 buds, you can't just grab the high end of this hat out of nowhere, we don't care if you payed 4.1 buds from it and now want to resell it for a higher price, like demius said, buyouts don't set prices, offers and sales do.
So plz look at Unusual offer ty...
