Yeah, i know the previous suggestion was recently accepted, but take a look at the proof:

why 2 as the lower end then?

Probably because someone offered 2 refined, then was outbidded.

notice the accepted upgrade of .33 max 14 hours ago, then you acquired one and want it up 1 ref

please post counterproof instead of conspiracies
