One guy was quickselling it for 6 buds, it was around 2 - 3 months ago.
This is rare unusual hat (more rare then executioner) and great effect. Current price is big lowball. On unusual trade server (Govblock), i have offered unusual smoking team captain (5.4-6.4 buds) + some sweets (like craft hats/misc, genuine and vintages). Well! That's my opinion about the price of this unusual.

Sorry, this offer (smoking TC) was 1 month after the xmas, i was checking offers on unusual servers but i didn't make any screenshots or somenthing well that's my bad.
The last suggestion was accepted 6 days ago and had proof. "Quicksells" 2-3 months ago and offers made a month ago should not be counted.
