Pretty sure that the price is a bit old , since I added to mine a flies reggae+sweets for a vivid beak I think it could easily get 3 in unusuals.
none of them have offers even close to the suggested range. the best offer is 2.5 and you make that the lowend.
the current price is fine.

Seems you sold it along with other stuff for a vivid beak. Since I don't know details of that trade, I can't use it as evidence. Sorry, but I'm not seeing offers around 3.3 buds to justify the high end.
