Bills are one of the pure/promo ways of payment and always will be. If you buy something using your promo the seller will count it as 8-10 keys, depending on the paint. The problem is to sell it for pure keys-refs. Noone take it for usual 8-10 keys. Everyone take quicksells or buy it for less price, which I mentioned. Of course, we always could wait some time (day-two) to sell it. But no we cant. So, I hope people will understand me and the problem at all. Cant still sell my bills in black for 10 pure (3 days, different trades).
