There are only 2 on the market (including mine) and they are both looking for 7 pure, the other had an offer 5.5 buds and was declined, so was the offer of a bubbling tc. here are the offers on the other: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10230474
Buyouts mean nothing unless someone is willing to buy at that price.

So what did you pay for it? Previous seller said it was a hard sell. Since your buyout is 7, you obviously paid less than 7.
The person who made the 5.5 offer has nothing close to that in their backpack. The Bubbling TC is currently the only thing worth mentioning, and that's definately not enough proof for such a huge jump in price....
EDIT: Oop, looks like a bubbling TC is in the current price range, so there's really no proof suggesting a raise in price.
Posting a screenshot of what you paid for it will be far more useful to everyone in deciding what to value this hat at.
The person who left an offer of 5.5 buds has only 12 keys in his bp, the rest are untradable weapons and crates...

Its never has gone for over 6 buds in the past 2 months. Plus you payed a Smoking DeGroot, a Bubbling Gentlemans Ushanka, and a Blizzard Brain Slug, which is without factoring in unusual overpay and going off the high end isn't worth more than 5.2 buds in unusuals.
