These aren't "successful buyers," because they haven't bought anything. They made offers, which got rejected in every single case listed.

1st and second are good, 3,4,5, and 6 are all unsold, 7(Offers) is 2 months old, buyers are good. However, looking around on OP I couldn't find any sellers below a ref. Neither upvote nor downvote for now until I look into it more.
