Taking into consideration the above evidence I have made the low value 16 keys (I know it was a supposed quicksell however this isn't too far away from current pure key offers). The high value I will suggest at 20 keys as there has been a definite sale at 20 keys and a possible sale, showing that it is possible to get that.
