Conclusion: Both sales with B/O of 1.5-1.6 were for duped hats. And sale at 1.3 was also a duped hat. The only clean hat on the market has received offers of 1.6 pure, multiple offers of 1.7 (~2 in unusuals), and was willing to take 1.75.
