Steam Market is going around 1.6 keys

People do seem to be content with selling for less, and demand is non-existent.

Low end: 1.2 keys, it seems to be the only consistent range which people seem to sell.

High end: 2 keys, very few sell at that range, but it still is possible.

Not enough proof for 1.2 and also your showing people buying them at 1.5keys-2keys :P

There isn't enough for 1.5 keys either. Anything that is at 1.5 isn't selling, so how the hell do you price this?

your link 1 sold for 2 keys, 1.5 keys taking off the price of the paint, can you please provide more proof of 1.2 keys sales?

Surprisingly, two of your 2 key ones have actually sold. The problem I have with this suggestion is that there is no real indication of sales at 1.2 keys. The two you have listed as 1.2 key sales were deleted, and I can't check them. While it is true that 1.5 key trades don't get taken fast, I'm not sure about 1.2 for the low end (basically 1.2 = 1 key + ref). I'm going to close for lack of decisive evidence, sorry.
