How the hell is this supposed to be priced?

I’ll say 4.11 refined for the low end (only one confirmed sale at that price, and 2 people selling for that price.) to 4.77 refined. (I know Steam Market can’t say prices well, but no one is paying a key for this ugly thing. Better just to convert it into metal and say a conservative bump.)
