4 Month old price. Thought I'd renew it.

Funny story. I offered on one of the links i will show as evidence down below. I offered a SF Knife for a Blizz Storm Capo. Instead of getting added by the guy I offered on I get added by another guy selling a Blizz Storm Capo. He says he was willing to take my offer. Upon farther inspection i see that this price needs to be dropped! He was even willing to throw in 1.5 keys for my Knife. The original guy that I offered on also added me just a few minuets ago willing to take my offer. So, here are the links:

Claims to be quickselling, yet he can't seem to get 23 keys pure until Saturday. This proves that, with time (approx. 1 week in this example), you'll be able to sell for 23 keys.

I can't figure much of anything from this. All of the offers are at least a month old and there are no recent offers. I don't remember what the prices were 1 month ago, hence, i cannot conclude anything.

The guy who added me. I talked to him, he says that he bought it for 20 keys. His B/O is 24 keys (Slightly above my suggested price, which B/O's normally are) and his best offer is approx 19-20 keys in items....showing that there is not much demand for this hat. His trade is only 2 days old however and he says he does not frequently bump it, which may interfere with the amount of offers he gets.

Has a B/O of the current price (27.94.) His best offer so far is a Blizzardy Tam 'o Shanter which, with Unusual overpay included, is about 21-22 keys. This shows that it is possible to get 21-22 keys with this hat.

He's looking for offers, best offers so far are a Blizzardy Storm Safe n' Sound (21 keys with Unusual Overpay) and a Blizzardy Tam o' Shanter (Same guy as before, also around 21 keys with Unusual overpay)

Most offers on on the HWNN, the only one that offers on the Capo's is the one with Sebastian 1314. He offers a Purple Confetti Tippler's Tricorne (17 Keys with Overpay) but seems reluctant to add up to 8 keys. He's obviously willing to add 6-7 Keys. So with overpay involved he's willing to go up to 23-24 Keys. A rare moment indeed. But the owner uses backpack.tf pricing and refuses his offer as it is 3-4 keys too low (given the current price range.) It seems the guy who offered got himself a nice Blizzardy Milkman anyhow.

So why 21 through 23 keys?

Because its very easy to get 21 keys (in items) for this hat, however, it seems as though with time and patience, you are able to get 23 keys pure on it (as shown in link 1.) Now, as for Sebastian, prices are given as a general guideline for certain items. Its not impossible to find a seller for less and a buyer for more. This is just a general price range. It seems like he retracted his offer anyhow. The overall demand of this hat also seems to be pretty low as shown above. There is also more than enough people selling below the current price range.
