It got sold for 23 keys so I would set this at the high end. I would like to set the low and at 19 keys because the guy who bought it first offered 19 keys, and also, the unusual offers were also in the range of 19 keys.

I followed this trade for a few days and I noticed it got sold, so I made this suggestion :)

And indeed, it shows 19 keys + a SF frontier justice as new items in his backpack so the proof is accurate.
