having spent the better part of a month selling a lot of vintages including this one, 4 days at unsold does NOT mean it isn't worth that price. it took me two weeks to sell my vintage fragment for 2 keys but I didn't budge and I managed to get it.
b/c ppl seem to be selling a bit lower than 1.5 I'd say the range could be updated, but you have no proof supporting the range you are trying to make. all of these trades are very young for a collector's vintage.
Here take some proof i found :
http://puu.sh/2GRLg.png < 1 seller for 1.25 keys, 2 unsold for 1.5
Unsold for below 1.5 keys :
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10245295 < Unsold for 1 key+0.44ref, 4 days old
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10230861 < Unsold for 1key+1.66ref, 4 days old

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10289555 < Unsold for 1 key+2.33ref, 2 days old
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10220691 < Unsold for 1key+3ref, 4 days old, last bump a day ago
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10304675 < Unsold for 1 key+3ref, no bump
Unsold for 1.5 keys :

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10331828 < 1 hour old (still new)
Offers :

Quick Buyers :

GOOD LUCK! UPVOTE :)
I would honestly prefer a range of 1-1.5 since there is very little proof (besides quickbuyers) of this going at 1 flat.
Thank you :( it happen a lot in the last time ;\
But so many sellers below 1.5 ...
You are a good guy to the TF2 community mate
your link 1 accepted 1 key + 1 ref, can you provide proof of 1 key sales?
First link: Good
Second Link: Only been up for a day, AND unbumped, also over the current price, completely irrelevant.
Third link: Good
Fourth link: Above current price and barely bumped, irrelevant
Fifth Link: Only 3 days old, which is new for a collector's item. Irrelevant.
Sixth link: 7 hours old, irrelevant.
Seventh link: Has an offer of 1 key + 1 ref
Not enough proof to support fully leaving the 1.5 key range, and zero proof to support 1 key flat bottom. It does need 1.2 keys in the range though. Downvoting for now.
I'd say it does need to go down, however I don't believe by this much.
I don't see any sales at 1 key
