as you can see 13-17 is quite a big gap, and its more of an accurate price if the tiers are changed to 14-16!

If they're looking for 15keys, shouldn't the range be 14-15?

Though, here's the thing. The person he sold to for "16" keys wants 15-16 keys. Why would he be willing to take a key loss?

Perhaps he needs keys desperately, I can't just assume though, so no one really knows.

Actually, if you check his backpack history from 4/9 to 4/10 he sold his unusual for a some craft hats.

2) he is selling it for a key less than he bought it for because he is selling his backpack hence it's in his name...
