Trades are relatively new as I can't find any older ones. This should still be accurate enough as 2 of the 3 trades are already closed and sold, so I'm using offers that the owners accepted or considered.

I use the conversion at the time of offer (Using TF2Finance as a guide)

I'm using the range in keys (Bp.tf will convert it to buds), as the value of buds has been really unstable in the recent weeks. (I.e. 1 Bud = 27 keys just a month ago, and 1 bud = 22 keys today. So offers of 1 pure last month isn't of the same value as offers of 1 pure today.)
