This is the second attempt at correcting this unusual's price, after the community has decided that 4 buds should be the high end of the price.

This hat isn't bad, and combined with this effect is pretty rare. But I think the price should be lowered, considering the B/O's are .5 buds less than backpack.tf highest price (which should resemble a B/O)

I've traded it for a Towering Pillar with Stormy Storm and feel I got a good deal. It did not garner much attention on trade servers or outpost.
