As everyone knows, people (including myself) buy any unusual for 12 keys:

prove 13 keys
Fair point-No actual evidence of buying or selling at 13, or that it can't be done at 11.
Actually unusuals have a low point like craft hats: 12 keys. Below that is quicksell.
Alright, but still no evidence at 13 keys
It's a conservative bump because the previous suggestion didn't consider the 12 keys limit.
Since when do we use quickbuyers as proof? I disagree with all these people. I think no unusual should be worth less than 13.
I'll sell you my NnB hard counter for 13 right now, lol.
lol. you aren't exactly doing a good job of convincing people of your high end now, are you?
I was only trying to help!
As I said, it's a conservative update.
Downvote, No proof of 13keys
no proof for 13 keys, downvote
Downvote your downvote. Quickbuyers shouldn't be counted as proof for a low end.
Trying to raise your backpack by 1 key? Downvoted and reported for price manipulation. [/sarcasm]
Yeah this thing again. I thought that the quicksellers could eventually settle for less than 12 keys because the price of keys is rising according to ref. Doesn't seem so.^^
I'm talking about that btw: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/meetthestats/discussions/1/846940248335694396
I updated every damn cancer hat above 12 keys and look what it is now: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/510ef296ba25365207000002
I'm think of restarting this thing again.^^ Should I? I will make a post in the new forum if this is appreciated.
Edit: I know it will be.^^
Hahahaha, We must tell Brad to add a lock or something.
A lock? You mean that the prices don't change?
Edit: Read your forum post. ;)
It's just an adjustment of the recent accepted update to fix the low end. Accepting
