It is pretty clear that nobody is paying over 6 keys for the thing. All other sale trades on Outpost are either highball (8+ keys), offers or as a set. The reason that there are no 6-key sellers listed here is that all of those SOLD! I had some in my bookmarks and none remained, only these and some highballs are still findable because nobody wants to pay more than 6.

There isn't really many other trades, since this item is so rare. Not even 500 of them exist. Also, in the case of high-tier botkillers, old proof can still be proof, since the business in them is so ridiculously slow. Also, you may be thinking: 7 pieces of proof doesn't mean the whole price changes, silly! Nope, if 50 links is enough for 500000 fast-selling keys, then 7 links is definitely enough for 468 slow-selling items. And 1 of those 7 links counts as 3 since it has 3 people willing to sell their Blood Scattergun for 5 keys. Happy voting!

Very few of these for sale, and very little interest in it too. However, 5 keys looks more like a quicksell price, rather than the low end. Also, your buyer links only have one recent offer of 5 keys (recent being after the previous price change).

5 keys may be a bit of a quicksell, but nowadays if you sell at the low end, you're a quickseller, because everyone sells at the high end. About the buyer trades: those 4 offers I found may not be recent, but there's only like 2 other people asking more than 5 keys for their scattergun in buy trades. This is again, due to how rare it is. It is still clear that people don't want to pay more than 6 keys, and that some are willing to do 5.
