I know the last one sold for 12 keys, but since it got a better offer on another trade, I considered that 13 keys can be possible.
Join the train, and make the world (or at least backpack.tf) a better place.

But if this can get 12 keys, wouldn't nuts and bolts be less? Shattering the whole "12 keys minimum" thing.
These prices have gone automatically below 12 keys because of the rising key price, yet people are willing to pay at least 12 keys for any effect and any hat.
And effects can have the same price.
