It's a bug this site has. You can make Burning Flames Earbuds, for example, by editing a suggestion link to include unusual effects.
You can even make Sunbeams Jarate.

Since no one has any idea what they are talking about in this thread, they fixed the bug where you could apply unusual effects to normal weapons. THIS http://backpack.tf/unusuals/675/Ebenezer is what this suggestion is for.
A sunbeams Ebenezer exist. There is also a sunbeams Cheater's Lament, as well as a circling hearts Bill's.
