Changing since this one hasn't been suggested on. The price of this hat seems to have been slipping on account of the rise of key prices, but people are still offering higher prices, whether it's in keys, metal, or other unusuals.
Proof:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5125471 - This link contains several instances of proof: someone offered a bud (which even a month ago was like 26 keys), and a smoking guad; he has a c/o of 21 keys, bubbling ketche, a bud, and a couple more
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9934102 - This guy has a b/o of 26 keys which is a bit high, but someone offered 25 keys (but on may 25th), and someone else offered a Planets Gonzila (21-24 keys).
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9882481 - offers of: 19 keys pure; Planets Gonzila (21-24 keys); smoking Pencil Pusher (16-19 keys) + sweets. It ultimately sold for a Smoking Hound Dog (1.1-1.4 buds, so about 22-28 keys).
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10200473/done - my own trade, I know - some guy offered a SF Flamer with parts, worth about 18 keys, plus a strange degreaser, so 20 keys all in all. I was an idiot for not taking that one.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9836380 - My current trade (the other one was closed). Offer of 18 keys.
I know what you're thinking, that I'm a price manipulator just because I own one, but that isn't why I'm doing this. As the price of keys goes up, the price of the unusuals go down automatically, but they still sell for more than that on Outpost. I may have a very small amount of proof, but each link counts as around 3 instances of proof, and there are only about 8 on the outpost.
I've contacted that last person, they can still pay the 18 keys but don't have it at the moment.
Gotta remember overpay
What? You mean with items? I didn't really find that applies with unusuals, and nobody asked for an overpay in the trades...
he means unusual overpay. One must use the low end (or 90% average) when calculating unusual offers. No one ever sidegrades.
http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/1013-can-somone-please-clear-up-to-me-what-unusual-overpay-is/
eh, good point... even so, i think the range is still valid (low end of gonzila is 21 keys, low end of hound dog is 1.1 buds, smoking guad was something like 22 i think) etc.
Smoking Hound Dog (1.1-1.4 buds, so about 22-28 keys).
Planets Gonzila (21-24 keys).
I think the high end makes sense.
