There are none on the market anymore. I bought the last one for a Smoking Rimmed Raincatcher, which I paid 18 keys at request of the Gastby's seller ( he wanted another unusual and not keys ), before going in my hands, it was sold for 20 keys. This is why the range. I couldn't find any other one anywhere, trade servers, trade sites, etc... so I really can't help but just put this proof.

Need more proof, at least three successful trades, or at least attempts of trades/offers should be in proof, your trade could be just good luck.
There are none on sale anymore. I got the last one. This is all the proof I could find. Don't write stereotypes but show counterproof if you don't like my proof. Also, note the precedent offers on the hat I bought.
Well you could ask the seller how much he bought it for, since there seems to be no record of a previous sale on outpost.
The last link, shows that it has been closed, anyways, here is the list, since I just asked the seller: S.F Grenade Launcher + V.Fancy Fedora + S.F Fish + a unique replacement Gatsby, and a S. Dead ringer along with all of his spycicles. This adds up to 21+ keys at the time. Also look the offers on the trade ( not the one where I bought it, the one before ), there was a guy offering 19 keys. So my proof seems legit enough.
