I bought it for 1 bud, he added around 1.5 keys in junk items. http://imgur.com/HSK9Rh8 Counting it as 21 keys, due to overpay.
After overpay, the offers on my trade are 0.9 for the Engi Cap, around 1.25 for the Ushanka, and, of course, the offer of 1 bud + 12 keys (around 1.5).
I'm counting a little lower than the 1.5 offer, because that's almost definitely an outlier (I'm not looking for that much on it at all). Additionally I bought for slightly under 1 bud, which is reflected in the low end.

Buyout of 19 keys, offers are lower (16-18ish). Although my offers are in the suggested range, his sit nicely within the old range; I'm gonna leave this up for a while and see what happens on his trade.
Original suggested price was 0.9 - 1.3 buds, damn auto-correct.

Yeah, maybe... Not sure how justified the high end is now, given that this guy's buyout is 19.
Although their buyout is 19 keys, I've been getting offers right within my suggested range, so I think I'll leave it up for now and see what happens on their trade.
