Conclusion: Only two on outpost but none have been offered anything even up to minimum range on price, needs a decrease to more realistic price range.

Both are 1.3 with overpay, and I can't find that offer anywhere on your trades.
If it is both hats in one trade together, you should take the offer, run, and we'll consider it an outlier.

Party phantom is an outlier, no one else has been offered close to that much in unusuals or pure.
