Initially got offered 2 buds + bill's but person got it for 2 buds and sweets instead (~at least 2.1-2.2)

Conclusion: There is only one offer hitting the 2.9 mark and considering all offers, this seems to be an outlier as no other offers hit 2.9. Thus, setting the second highest offer as the high end.

Links 3 and 4 are quicksales and the owners managed to sell the salty dog really quickly so the minimum range should be around 2.3.

Please post more proofs or counter proofs if you can.
