All of them are, yes. At least he has decent proof on all of them.

its probably because he deals with those items all the time because he buys and sells them therefore he notices a difference in the price and fixes it.

i just can put up a suggestion on items i currently trade. I dont do unusuals or other stuff i`m not interested in. And i lowered my BP 2 times to get you satisfied.

edit: Item lowering is way easier than raising, so i take it more as a challenge.
