NOTE: Overpay in unusuals is factored in my calculations by multiplying 0.9 by the average bp.tf's value of the unusual.

I use the conversion at the time of offer (Using TF2Finance as a guide), as the value of buds has been really unstable in the recent weeks. (I.e. 1 Bud = 27 keys just a month ago, and 1 bud = 22 keys today. So offers of 1 pure last month isn't of the same value as offers of 1 pure today.)

Conclusion:

Seems like 27 keys (27/22= ~1.2 pure) is the minimum price at which the some owners are willing to take. The offer of blizz storm marauder (~1.4) got rejected so this item might be able to fetch more. Setting the range to 1.2-1.5.

Please post more proofs or counter proofs if you can.
