NOTE: Overpay in unusuals is factored in my calculations by multiplying the average bp.tf value of the unusuals by 0.9.
For duped unusuals that were offered, i will take the lowest end of the bp.tf value of that particular unusual and multiply by 0.9.

Notable offer(s):
Sold for 11 pures
Conclusion:
11 pures is the lowest some owners are willing to do, so I'm setting 11 as the low end.
13.5 pures is the highest offer ever reached for this unusual and got accepted, so setting 13.5 as the highest end.
The rest of the offers fall in between 11-13.5. So this should be an accurate range.
