You've proved well that 1 key is an invalid price. However, you haven't really shown any actual trades. Specifically, you'll need to include a lot of proof of trades @4.66 if you want your new suggestion to be accepted.

I'll remain neutral for now, but if you have no proof by the next time I check, I'll be downvoting, sorry.

there were only about 2 pages of sellers and 1 of buyers so it was hard to find proof

If so, don't post a new price suggestion which is not backed by proof. For that, I'm downvoting. If you cannot find proof, close the suggestion.

i'm agree with you , i think this hat no longer worth 1 key. but you need to show some successful trade for 4.66 ref

Your proof does show that it is near impossible to sell at a key however none of it really supports your current suggested price. Like the person above I'll remain neutral for a bit but downvote if you haven't shown any successful sales at 4.66
