Why it should drop? because the people from op tries sell it for 27 keys , and they can't do it, also they have offers for 25 keys.

DOWNVOTE: Festives are damn expensive, you can't expect people to buy it in just 4 days. And a week... It takes time to gather 27 keys dude, you don't have to search for unvalid proof to get it down just to be able to buy it. Earn your money dude

I don't say this because I have one in my backpack, but I don't think it's enough proof, it takes time to gather so many keys, unless you pay for them (real cash)

Zeey is right. It takes a while to gather keys for expensive items. Honestly, how long would it take you to gather 27 keys from scratch? It would definitely take me more than a week.

maybe range should be 24 to 27 since the last guy sold it for 24.
