I just re checked the other suggestion's links. The 25 offer was made 1 month ago (and even then, this meant slightly <1 bud). The unpure offers are not really to be taken into account, since they are both a bit old and not much of an overpay.

Your suggestion is better than current range. The trade for the max (2+ buds) shows this hat is valued at even less than 1 bud (20 seems like a good low end, since it was a mixed offer).
