Conclusion:

All the B/O prices set by owners are 2 buds, so shouldn't the owners be looking for 2 buds maximum? Thus, I would say that the offers of o fire cannonball + bill's (~2.2), lantern mirror (~2.3), and ghost connoisseur (~2.9) are outliers as they already hit above 2 buds and owners would have definitely taken them if the mirror and connoiseur weren't sold before they could decide. Therefore, I'm going to set the highest offer of 2 as the highest end. The lowest this unusual got sold for is 1.7 pure, so setting 1.7 pure as the lowest end.
