Extremely hard to sell over 3 ref. There are some for sale lower, but I'm guessing there are also some which sold slightly higher which we can't see. 3 ref offers are also abundant on these, so 3 ref seems to be where majority of trades happen (however few they are)

    I do agree that this needs a bump down, it's just one of "those" kind of items that there isn't a particularly large market for.

      When I did my last suggestion it was just barely 4 ref, and I've been planning to bump it down soon after that. It will probably need another bump down in a couple weeks, seeing as there are already 2.66 and 2.33 sellers.
