Other suggestion doesn't include 2 other sales that happened in the last 5 weeks. In summary, 3 sales of 8.8 pure, 9.3 pure, and 10.3 pure.

All three of these trades occurred within 3 weeks of each other. The value did not increased by 2 buds during that time. The true, intrinsic value lies somewhere in between; all three should be factored into its value.

Put yourself in the shoes of a buyer for this hat. After all, that's what this website is for, right? Now, you want to know the value of this hat. Are you going to base it off of that one sale and pay 10.3 pure even though there were 2 sold at 9 just 2 weeks before that sale?

Does it make any sense that this hat is valued at 10 based on one sale when two sold for 9 just two weeks prior?

No, I mean, there is a concurrent suggestion to raise this to 10 flat. I felt that 10 flat was too high since 2 sold for 9 pure. So my high end is 10.

Oh I didn't see that suggestion. Honestly I think 9.5 - 10.5 would be perfect.

But I'll go back to my original question. Why is that more accurate? If two have sold for 9, why should we price it at 10?

I never said the other was more accurate. If either is more accurate, yours is.

I am more agree with you than with the Baloo, the more you collect information about the sold hats- the better the price range.

I would hope you have a life outside of bp.tf. I never expected you to respond right away. But since you responded to my comments, I figured there was a good chance you were still on and that you might respond. Either way, I was giving you the chance to change it right them, which I think is fair.

The rule I live by is if most of the proof I use is my own, I'll give a 30min - 1h grace period for the suggestor to make the changes. If not, I'll post mine and give voters the opportunity to see both suggestions.

If most of the proof isn't mine, then I will wait for the other suggestion to be closed/accepted first before making a fresh suggestion. Credit to who deserves it.
