I have been selling this item for almost a week already (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10328621) and I noticed, that:
1. Despite it is popular pyro hat, there is no demand on this genuine hat
2. It is hard, too hard to sell it for 1.6 key.
So, sellers for 1.2-1.4:

Unsold for 1.6 key and more:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10215481 - 1 week (1.6 key)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10185465 - 1 week (1.6 key)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9544923 - 1 month:( (2 keys+)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10311381 - 1 week (2 keys)
Almost all other trades have prices of 2 keys and more, and have their helms unsold for many many days already.
Selling =/= Sold
It would be great argument, if I suggest increasing the price. But I suggest reduceing it and just show, why I offer price of 1.2 as low range and not 1 key or 1 ref. Ok?
Valid point. The ones selling for above 1.6 keys are unnecessary though.
Ok, I will keep it in mind for my next suggestion.
Its a great argument, even if you are lowering the price.
Nope.
You're wrong. Lowering price I have to explain, how I chose lower range. And I explained it.
And what do you disagree with? Do you think price is too low, or too high or what?
That means no one wants to buy it at that price. Therefore, the actual value might have gone down.
But there are no way to prove it.
Good suggestion, giving you a bonus.
