The S. Direct hit just isn't being sold at the low-end range. I tried to buy em for .66 no adds, so I moved it up to .88, got a bit of business as you can see from how many I own.

Now, there is a reason .88 is there. Due to the fact this is still a very common strange, it's possible to obtain for .88 if you look around a tad. Below are a few of the trades I could find SELLING for .88. Also, at the time of posting, there was one in the classifieds for .88. Also, due to the fact there are many unsold at 1 ref due to the "greenwater effect" I believe that 1 ref cannot be a solid price.

I'm not just picking and choosing my trades here, I'm doing every applicable one with offers etc. Also, I tried to find just ONE at .66, couldn't. Please, if you find a trade for .66, feel free to list it as counter-proof.

I did all the trades that had been bumped in the last 1.5 days or so, as to avoid outliers that remain unbumped etc etc etc. I welcome any comments!
