good offers are a month old, seems invalid at this point considering no one followed up this offer. A 4 weeks old offer and then the next offer is a week old, and they are really not that great:

Planets Panama - 13-16 x .9 = 11.7-13.4 keys
three offers within the last month and they don't hold up to the current suggested range. Perhaps it needs a bump, but not that much.
I agree with btf117 | RandomActsOfTF2. You should wait for offers on your trade (since it's the only one at the outpost, you maybe can get a good deal) to have proof of recent offers.
That's a current offer, not it actually being sold.
