Note that the 2.5 bud buyout has been up for 3 days, no offers, no bookmarks, no interest?
This hat has dropped a lot, and I think this suggestion reflects that there is no love for this hat anymore.
Set the low value at 2.5 although it could be lower, yet there is no reason to drop it so much in one go. High value is based on the offer of 60 keys and the offer of the O.fire Slope, taking into account unusual overpay I would value the offer at about 2.7-2.8. The 60 key offer is around the same.
Comments welcome.

Don't really know what you're asking for lol, same criteria for any item. If you think the proof I have provided is good, upvote and comment. If you think it is not sufficient or have another point of view, comment and get a reply and then decided to upvote/downvote.

Well for the best and most thorough unusual suggestions, look through history's of current owners of the hats and find what it sold for since the previous accepted suggestion. Look through buyouts and offers and come to a justified conclusion as to what the price should be. Contrary to popular belief, buyouts DO set prices but ONLY when they are lower than the lower end of the current range.
That's basically the gist of what I try to do anyway. I also try and find sales on SOP and other websites if I can and convert from $ into buds where necessary.

you sure got an evil eye on this one also i wonder are you keeping to get this dropped so you can buy one for cheap i mean seriously since you begun asking for this to get dropped people have gone lower and lower sales have even been done underways and really do you want this to be lower then the smokeing and steaming ones? really not everybody can go and buy this you know and mine is currently reserved for a buyer who wanna buy it once he get keys i cannot do hard proofs on this though. anyhow you also posted like 2 and none of those have been sold you got no proof of any of these being sold recently either so.
also there have been one bookmark and one comment on the unusual for 2,5buds but it only have 54 veiws as i see it. it havn't got any attention yet.

That bookmark and views obviously happened AFTER I made this suggestion, again, use your brain. It's got nothing to do with me, you're more than welcome to make a counter suggestion with proof as to why you think the value should stay as it is, or drop.

well first up i alredy got a buyer for it no hard proof though. and secound up because it have so low veiws so those who want to buy it might not have seen it yet.

Respond with a counter suggestion, nobody is stopping you. If the mods and admins think my proof is good, then who am I to argue? And Puddingkip, I periodically update all of my past suggestions as I believe in continuously updating prices rather than every 1-2 months. This hat just happens to be the most volatile of all my past suggestions.
Demius isn't just dropping the price as much as he can, when it comes to a certain price, i have a feeling he'd buy as many as he can, then upvote the price once again... i've heard of this trick in many places, and can be pulled off easily.

I can report you all for spreading false rumours because I have no interest in this hat, just an interest in keeping the price accurate. My suggestions would not get passed if the proof wasn't correct, just because you own this hat and the value has happened to drop, I'm sorry but it's not me setting the price. It's the other owners and the market demand for your hat. Welcome to trading, prices go up and down, deal with it and stop spreading false lies, especially you Archimo.
Also, @Changeling, buying unusuals in bulk is the stupidest thing I've heard in a long while, you think a suggestion would pass if I had 3 of these unusuals and tried to put the price up after I had bought them all for lets say 2.5 buds each? Because that would definitely work wouldn't it? "Oh hey I've got 3 of these I'm raising the price, yeah I know I bought them for 2.5 buds each but hurr durr I own them all so I can set the price."
Nobody will buy it from me, and I for sure do not want this hat lol, trust me on that.

ALSO, if i were Archimo, how come i have him as friend when i'm him, i mean, he's my classmate, and he's got a good touch on the TF2 prices.

May I ask a question though?
Out of all the unusual hats in all of the market, why is this the combination of hat and effect you focus down on? It's very unlikely that this is the only hat that has such volatile value out of the thousands out there. All I ask is a good explanation as to why this is the most frequently brought up suggestion by you, when there could be other hats whose prices are just as, if not more, volatile?
I don't insinuate anything that may offensive, I'm just kinda confused by all this.
This is the one that I have noticed changes faster than the other suggestions I have opened. I don't re-suggest my past suggestions unless there's been at least a 20% price drop and within my re-evaluations, this always comes up. Backpack.tf doesn't set prices, it just reflects them. Therefore if anybody is to be blamed for the prices going down, it's the sellers and the market demand. Just think of the example of tf2 keys, they go up nearly every other day but not because people on here suggest and set the price, but because they have found the market demand and sales at a higher price than is reflected on backpack.tf.
Without accurate reflection of prices newbies to the game would not know how much something is worth and could make them suspectible to being sharked.
