The seller rejected his offer because he wants 22, not 20 keys for the hat. Your reasoning is wrong again: you can't assume all rejected offers to be fake just because they disprove your point.

There is just too much activity - offers, B/Os and sales - at prices above 19 keys. This cannot be ignored.
