Not all unusuals need a range. I myself changed 2 to 12 and 15 keys flat (no idea which hats). The rest of your comment is correct and the suggestion is quite bad (though still in the top 5 of today, almost all were UTTER crap).

yes, not ALL unusuals require a range, but when i did suggest an unusual suggestion without a range, people were bitching about "ALL UNUSUALS HAVE RANGE RABBRABBLERABBLE"
It's a Buyout price. It doesn't mean anyone buys it for 23 keys. Get a proof of 23 selling for 23 keys and you'll have my vote, but in the meanwhile I'll keep a downvote.

Needs a range for such a common effect
