Your low range is based on a quickbuyer add. I think 6-6.5 would work but you need more evidence for the low end.

Also, 8740022 is a duplicated trade. I don't know what you mean buy "the same guy, other trade" when the trades are identical.

Yeah, that's still a quickbuyer though and only has one defined add. I still think 6-6.5 would work. However, there are now two suggestions open for this item so I'll see what happens and wait it out.
