Half of the trades I could find were firm on selling Name/Desc tag sets, and about 5 pages on Outpost were unbumped trades.

Hey, I'm link #4 and I had about 8 description tags and got about 10 adds within two days for them. Was really surprised about how quickly that was and was about to start finding evidence for this very suggestion. Good work!

I agree, there was however a nice fella selling some for 1.55 ref so I picked one up fast. The only lower price one I've found.

Doesn't seem to be to hard to get for 1.66 refs on an average trade server.

I don't find a reason to go higher.

These are selling for more than 1.66; I've included multiple links which prove sells at 1.77, 1.88, and even 2 Refined.

These should be on the rise since on market they seem to be worth a dime more than nametags. But maybe people don't think about describing things.

Its weird that there are only 100 outpostings with desc tags and 300+ with nametags. People could just easily all make their prices 2 ref. I'm not sure why they don't. Maybe they really don't sell at 2 ref? No one wants to describe anything? >>

Maybe so, but to be honest, I've had uphill battles all my life, so this is no different.

Just quickly checked the 1.66 links. All but one are sold out. The one that hasn't been sold out has many recent adds for them.

Thanks for the heads-up, but I'm not all that concerned.

EDIT: My only real concern at the moment is that all of a sudden, people fail to sell at 2 ref.

http://backpack.tf/classifieds/search/5044/6/0 - a few unsold at 1.66, and a few very new trades on outpost selling for 1.66. However, there does seem to be a ton sold at 2 ref... People should really do research before buying for higher prices. However, I can't overlook those sales, so this suggestion is good.
