Listen, if you look in Outpost or something you can see different trades where there are declines for selling it at 1 ref. Even though I have to proof for this, I have personal experience, I still have the damn Gun myself and I try to sell it for 1 ref. People be like, uh..... no. .77 or .88 would be fine. and they say they agree to .88 and it works. i also have links to prove other stories...
