if you check the history on it previous owner unboxed. so there is no other sales it looks like

Original ID 1255827279, owner got it with ID 1269903101 and had an ID rewrite to 1270313874 (sale) for the name tag. Item is unpaintable and had no modifications besides the name.

There are two different hats floating around (see below). Last sale 3 months ago. Not immediately obvious what it was sold for.
