3 people selling for 4.33 in classifieds and 1 for 4 refined, all unsold

with too many people selling for lower, the 4.44 is not needed, and even then there are too many at 4.33. i cannot prove that 4.11-4.44 sells anymore, so a flat 4 refined is justified.
