I'm going to downvote this (I know there is no price atm) but until you have proof this will not get accepted.

Item is not Tradeable.

you can trade it through gift-wrapping (which is how achievement items, etc.. got traded over).

But lack of proof still makes this a downvote, in my own opinion.

It can be gift-wrapped but even then I don't think people are going to waste a key on wrap for this item.
