As always, no demand on this genuine item. Everybody sells for 4 keys and nobody can sell for 4 keys (too many unsolds)
sellers for ~3 keys:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10510555
unsolds for 4:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10265462 1 week
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10323444 1 week
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10343003 1 week
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10480000 2 days
That last unsold is asking for 6 keys.
Black paint
"sellers for 3 keys"
>both asking 4 keys
Both in lime, lime = 1 key
link 2 sold for 2 keys 9 ref... but you can't count the full price of the paint. so it's pretty much counter proof against this suggestion. It does however need a drop, just not to this degree.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10526531 1 proof. seller for 3 keys
Do you even have any proof of any going for 3 keys? You and another guy selling lime painted ones for 4 keys doesn't really count as proof.
I don't ask to increase the price, so I can just show you people, who are ready to get rid of this for 3 keys.
I know you aren't raising the price. And no, you didn't show us people are ready to get rid of it at 3 keys. You only showed limes ones for 4. Show us some unpainted ones for 3 keys.
There are not many sellers of this, it doesn't mean, that price should be 4 keys forever. Just believe me as owner of boonie - it is ompossible to sell it for 4 keys (unpainted)
Just cause it doesn't sell at 4 doesn't mean the price should automatically be 3 keys.
Sure, it shouldn't be, but there are sellers for ~3 keys
Then show us sellers at 3 keys and painted ones at 4 don't count.
Lol, why don't count?
You're supposed to take 50%-66% of price of paint, not full price of it.
Also, for your unsolds: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10265462 Offer of a V. Vintage Merryweather (3.66-4 keys) and a G.Hero's Tail painted TS
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10343003 Offer of G.All stars, would add (3.25 keys not including whatever he would add)
While it may not sell for 4 keys, people still offer higher. Gotta downvote.
what about overpay in items?
Still wouldn't be 3 keys flat on an item as cheap as this.
About paint, bp.tf adds 0,89 key for lime on this item. Do you understand, that 3.11 is not very convinient?
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10133361 Offered a SF Sandvich for the Boonie plus sellers choice of something worth 2 keys. That's easily 4 keys with item overpay.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10295986 Has a buyer at 4 keys for a Greed painted one. Even if you took the whole value of the paint away, thats still 3.8 keys.
1. unsold for 2 weeks
2. unsold for 1 week and guy who "want to buy this" has only 1 key. Not 4
1. So? He still was offered a 7 key item for whats currently a 4 key item and any 2 key item.
2. So because he only has 1 key now means he couldn't have had 4 keys over 2 days ago?
Its better proof than your proof of people selling for 1 key, which you still don't have.
1. http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/308954 - he offered 9 keys offer and now he is selling it for 4 keys 3 ref LOL
2. I can offer 200 buds on bubbles TC. So, according to your words, price should be 200 buds? Why couldnt i have 200 buds for a few day?
lolwut? what 1 key?
Do you honestly think your comparison makes any sense? This isn't some guy offering several times over the current price of an item. This is a person t;hat was offering to pay a common buyout and the price that is listed on most price sites.
He doesn't create demand, if he don't have money. Just like I don't create demand on ferrari

I agree it's hard to sell but 3 keys might be too big of a drop. Maybe I'll look into it later
why big? price is 2 months old
Bad proof
Basically all sold and all ask for 4 keys, even unpainted ones.
